Then Jesus came to them and said, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Therefore, go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the Name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.”

What we Believe

  • The Holy Bible is the divinely inspired record of God’s revelation of Himself to man. It is a perfect treasure of divine instruction. It has God for its author, salvation for its end, and truth, without any mixture of error, for its content.

What to Expect

One of the most intimidating aspects of trying something new is not knowing what to expect. Sometimes, rather than take a chance on being embarrassed or uncomfortable, people just avoid it. At Cayman Islands Baptist Church, we believe that God and church are so important that you shouldn't avoid it. So we want you to have some idea of what to expect when you come to Cayman Islands Baptist Church. Each of our services is a little different, but there are some things that are the same no matter which service you attend:

History of Cayman Islands Baptist Church

In 2005, several long-serving Baptist Christians came together to express a common yearning to be a part of a church family where Christ is the head and where His word is the ultimate authority. One evening in August, Gary Oakley and Calvin Bromfield met to share their thoughts, and near the end of their conversation, Gary wistfully said: "Wouldn't it be great if our unsettled Baptist brothers and sisters could somehow come together and form a church!"
